Mole, mole, cocoa mole! This is one interesting beer to say the least.
It has a strong spicy taste upfront, and not he kind of spicy you would expect in a beer. This is a hot spicy, like you just scarfed down a jalapeño.
When trying a beer for the first time I like to let it simmer in my mouth for a few seconds and gargle it around so I can pick out all the different favors. Let me tell you, the longer I let it settle in my mouth the more intense the heat became.
This beer isn’t joking around. It packs a serious punch even for the pepper loving crowd.

It had a very unique taste that I definitely want to try again. Strong mouthfeel with a refreshing aftertaste. Packed with flavor of sour apples. It comes off fruity and finishes smooth.
Monday, June 5, my company, Fused Interactive, and I volunteered to work the beer garden at the first ever Brandon Bike Night. The event was part of the overnight stay for Tour de Kota riders. I learned the art of pouring from a friendly veteran bar tender and my co-worker, Chad.
