Sampled the Monks Cafe Flemish Sour with my co workers today. We have a weekly beer review podcast where it will air tomorrow. I’ve never had a sour ale before. It had a very unique taste that I definitely want to try again. Strong mouthfeel with a refreshing aftertaste. Packed with flavor of sour apples. It comes off fruity and finishes smooth.
